Twelve years of KL homes, one standard of work
Bentuk Studio started in 2014 with two carpenters, a borrowed lorry, and a rule we still keep: never quote a number we can't stand behind at handover. Today we're a 26-person team of our own tradespeople — not a broker passing your job to the cheapest subcontractor.
We work across the Klang Valley, from Mont Kiara condos to Petaling Jaya terraces — CIDB registered · Licensed & insured. Most of our work comes from past clients and their neighbours, which is exactly how we like it.
How a project runs
Site visit & scope
We measure, photograph and listen. Within 3 working days you get a fixed, itemised quote — not a lump sum that grows later.
Fixed quote & schedule
One contract, one price, one week-by-week schedule. Beyond a small booking deposit, payments follow completed milestones, never the calendar — typically 10% to book, staged claims as milestones are signed off, and the final 10% only after handover.
Build, with updates
A dedicated project lead on WhatsApp, photo updates every Friday, and a site that's cleaned before we leave each day.
Handover & warranty
We walk the space together with a checklist. You get as-built records and a 24-month warranty in writing.
